Who am I?

My name is Illana. I’m a Black woman from Bahia, Brazil. A business administrator, Humanities graduate, and a Master’s student in Development and Social Management at UFBA. My research focuses on participatory governance, sustainability, and data-driven public policies, with special attention to climate adaptation and mitigation, and participatory models for territorial development. I have experience in structuring and evaluating the feasibility of public projects in the areas of infrastructure, culture, health, and the environment. For over three years, I’ve worked as a consultant in economic-financial modeling of public-private partnerships (PPPs), contributing to project structuring, economic rebalancing, policy analysis, and results-based public management. I am continuously training in Python and data analysis to support organizations that combine technical intelligence, social impact, and innovation. Interests: PPPs, concessions, data analysis, financial modeling, climate adaptation, public policy, sustainability, social management, social impact. Yllá Regenera was born from this journey, as a space of creation, listening, and co-construction of alternative paths toward bem viver, collective well-being.
